How to Track Your Order

Check your confirmation email — Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.
Click the tracking link — Follow the link in your email to the carrier's tracking page to see the latest status and estimated delivery date of your order.
Still waiting? — If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder first, then reach out to us.

Delivery Timeframes

We currently ship within Germany. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

📦 Standard Shipping: 3 – 5 business days
⚡ Express Shipping: 1 – 2 business days (where available)

My Tracking Number Isn’t Working

Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to activate after your shipping confirmation email is sent. If your tracking number still isn't working after 24 hours, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
