🛎️ Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, add your favourite pieces to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment details, and you're done! You'll receive an order confirmation email shortly after.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at support@megoha-army.com if you need to make a change or cancellation. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

I haven't received my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us and we'll resend it.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Germany. We are working on expanding our shipping to more European countries soon.

How long does delivery take?

Standard Shipping: 3 – 5 business days
Express Shipping: 1 – 2 business days (where available)

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Visit our Order Tracking page for more details.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

How do I start a return?

Contact us at support@megoha-army.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and SEPA bank transfer. All prices are in Euros (€).

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted, PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways. We never store your full card details. Visit our Payments Policy page for more information.

When will I be charged?

Payment is taken at the time of placing your order. If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed and you will be notified immediately.
